RidgePointe owns the entire city block.
We are located close to many stores, and restaurants, but are tucked back in a neighborhood offering you the best of both worlds. Quiet and convenient, all in one place. Our mature trees, woods, and gardens make RidgePointe an ideal location to relax and still enjoy the conveniences of being near malls, restaurants, medical, etc.
Our six-acre campus includes two RidgePointe Independent Living Apartment Buildings spanned together by a gorgeous atrium. The Atrium is accessed by an elevator. An art gallery adorns the approach to the palm trees, water feature, and of course, the glass-roof Atrium where you can enjoy a tropical feeling year-round. Enjoy daily continental breakfast, and Deli-style lunch in this great space as well.
All residents enjoy the use of both buildings. Each building has different things to offer including party rooms, lobbies, conversation areas, libraries, wood shop, art studio, craft room, etc. There is plenty of space and lots of social opportunities year-round. You will never feel cooped up with so many places to spend your time!
