Our housekeepers clean your kitchen & bathrooms and vacuum your apartment weekly.

Both front desks are staffed 24 hours a day for your peace of mind and customer service needs.
Laundry Facilities
All washer and dryer use is complimentary/coin free.
Continental Breakfast
Serve yourself in our beautiful Atrium, 7 days a week.
Maintenance
RidgePointe maintains our apartments, buildings, and grounds to our high standards.
Exercise Classes
Our certified exercise instructor moves you through Chair Yoga, Express Exercise, and Ever Wellness classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Rose Room Dining
Three “Rose Room” dinners are included in your rent each month. Available Monday – Thursday for dine-in & pick-up, as well as delivery for an additional fee.
Frozen Yogurt
Your sweet tooth at lunchtime can be satisfied Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Enjoy the flavor of the day!
Lectures
Outside guest speakers educate and entertain us. The University of Minnesota’s “Great Decisions” Lecture Series is a RidgePointe favorite. Open to the Public
Van Transportation
RidgePointe has an extensive scheduled van service that includes banks, churches, excursions, grocery stores, medical offices, shopping malls, and the Ridgedale YMCA.

Additional cost for each apartment rental:
Apartment Telephone
Monthly fee of $10.00 for RidgePointe’s landline telephone, guest entry, and “Off Hook” security system.
Second Person Fee
A monthly charge of $40.00 per month for an additional resident, if applicable.
Electricity
Charges vary by apartment and individual usage. Only pay for what you use.
Amenities that are available for an additional fee:
Atrium Deli Lunch
A lunch at RidgePointe averages $5.00 – $6.75, beverage included.
Guest Rooms
Visiting family or friends can take advantage of RidgePointe’s guest rooms. Rented for $75.00 per night and includes RidgePointe’s amenities for your guests during their stay.
Catering
Your catered events will be sure to please with our in-house catering service.
Laundry
Door-to-door service for $15.00 a load.
Cleaning
Weekly housekeeping is included in your rent. Additional cleaning and housekeeping services are available for $30.00 per hour.
Rose Room Dinner
Your first three dinners per month are included in your rent. Additional dinners are $15.00 each.
Delivery Service
Atrium Deli Lunches and Rose Room Dinners can be delivered to your apartment for $3.00 per meal.
Garage
Indoor heated parking is $75.00 per month. Ample outdoor parking is available at no charge. A self-service car wash is located in each garage for resident use.
